Tanner Schrader is a Lubbock, Texas native with a lifelong passion for building homes that are meant to be lived in, loved, and passed down. Raised in West Texas, he brings a deep respect for craftsmanship, honesty, and hard work into every project he touches.

Home building has always been more than a career goal for Tanner—it’s something he’s carried with him for as long as he can remember. He believes a home should reflect the people inside it: strong, intentional, and built on a solid foundation.

Tanner and his wife, Aly, are middle school sweethearts whose story started long before business plans and blueprints. Today, they’re raising their family in Lubbock with their four children—two boys and two girls—and their two dogs, who keep life full, busy, and grounded in what matters most.

At the center of Tanner’s life and work is his faith in God. It shapes how he leads his family, how he approaches his business, and how he treats every client he works with. Integrity and purpose guide every decision, from the smallest detail to the final walkthrough.
